Responsibilities:
Systems Design and Implementation: Plan, design, and implement IT systems and network infrastructure to meet business requirements and optimize performance.
System Integration: Integrate new software and hardware solutions into existing systems while ensuring compatibility and seamless operation.
System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively implement necessary maintenance and upgrades to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex system and network issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, network engineers, and IT support, to ensure seamless integration and support of various IT systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Systems Engineer, working with complex IT infrastructure and systems.
Strong knowledge of systems design principles, network architecture, and IT security best practices.
Proficiency in system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting for both Windows and Linux environments.
Experience with DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory.
Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
