An entry-level Order Fulfillment Team Member is needed for our rapidly growing high performance parts and racing business in Tacoma, WA. One of the major reasons we are are growing is because we are an exciting small business in a fun, fast-paced work environment that provides top quality products and superior customer service. Because of this recent growth, we are looking to add an additional Fulfillment Team Member to our amazing team.
This entry-level position offers a positive work environment and a lucrative pay plan. Candidates must be reliable, and able to manage a massive daily workload while maintaining a good positive attitude.
SALARY / BENEFITS:
We are looking for an entry-level candidate.
Pay will be based on experience. Paychecks are issued weekly.
PTO / Vacation Time accrual.
401(K) Match after 1 year of employment.
Our operating hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, and this position is full-time (Monday-Friday).
Responsibilities and required skills include:
Candidate must be a great communicator and have an independent yet positive team-oriented attitude, be well-organized, pay close attention to details, and be a high energy self-starter. Must be able to use a computer efficiently for fulfillment and shipping-related tasks. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
DESCRIPTION:
The Order Fulfillment Team is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, accurate, and satisfactory manner. This position will be responsible for packaging completed products, order picking, and order staging, and maintaining excellent communication with the Sales Team.
DUTIES:
Pick, package, and stage outgoing orders according to standard operating procedures. Review packing lists and ensure the correct items are shipped out to customers.
Package materials and products manually. Perform basic quality control checks including measuring, weighing, and evaluating product or package appearance. Fold and tape boxes, apply labels, and store completed products in designated areas.
Organize shipping supplies and maintain shipping supply levels.
