Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Streamline processes and optimize logistics for appliance procurement and distribution.

- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock for sales while minimizing excess.

- Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered consistently.

- Budgeting and Financial Analysis: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales management and operations, preferably in the appliance or retail industry.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Located in or willing to relocate to Seattle, WA.
