KEY RESULT AREA:
Maximize sales and customer satisfaction
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be able to understand the customers shopping intentions (gift, self-purchase, other)
Learn the full range of products so you can direct customers to the appropriate group of items
Close sales and handle cash and credit transactions effectively and securely
Freshen and rearrange the store visually from time to time to create customer interest
Order, receive and stock inventory and supplies
Maintain records
Secure the company’s assets, comply with airport regulations
Regularly communicate with the Retail Manager

REQUIREMENTS
12 months prior sales experience in a retail environment an advantage
Experience with Square retail systems preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office High School Diploma or higher (preferred)
Able to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends (on rotation)
Ability to lift up to 15-20 pounds.
Able to pass Port of Seattle security clearance
Training will be provided.
