Part-Time Position at Paint the Town ceramics painting studio

Paint the Town is looking for a reliable, self-motivated and energetic individual to join our team.

Paint the Town is a warm, inviting space where people of all ages come to spend quality, creative time with friends/family/on their own, painting ceramic gifts and keepsakes. The job is customer-service heavy, requires a genuine love of working with kids, and is very rewarding for those looking to work hard and be part of a fun team!

The job description includes (but is not limited to):

-Teaching customers the basics of ceramics painting and how to use our materials

-Cleaning up after painters and turning over the tables for the next painters

-Ringing customers out on the register

-Unloading shipments

-Stocking shelves

-Wrapping finished pottery

-Managing a waitlist on busy days

-Answering phones and greeting customers

-General cleaning, including mopping floors and dusting shelves

We are looking for someone who is available 18-25 hours (3-4 shifts)/week, including weekends. The pay starts at $19.97 per hour, with a review and opportunity of getting a 5% increase annually.

No pottery experience necessary, just a friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
