Job description:
Culture Shock Brew, Washington's Whole Fruit Kombucha company, is growing and needs help at its local farmer's markets. The perfect candidate should have a love for people, being outdoors, and kombucha. This is an all-weather job as our markets run rain or shine. Plan on being on your feet for the entire shift and engaging with people as they walk by.
We have over 150 shifts available this season. This can be a full-time job for a couple of people or a part time job for several people.
Role & Expectations:
Represent Culture Shock's brand, mission & values at designated Farmers markets. Increase product sales & brand awareness through engaging and educating customers on products. Handle set up and breakdown of farmers market booth and supplies. Ensure all products are transported and stored safely. Communicate and coordinate all market needs clearly and effectively. Able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Provide content from market for @cultureshockbrew social media platforms. Be dependable, honest, friendly, and fun.
Requirements:
Clean driving record a must
Able to lift 50 pounds
Food handlers permit required
Ability to multi-task
Clear communicator
Cash handling skills
Smart phone
