We are a high-performance Off Market real estate team looking for a full time, real estate Dispositions Manager. The ideal candidate is motivated, disciplined, confident, detail oriented, and not afraid to be on the phones.
This position involves contacting Real Estate agents nationwide to get our properties listed. Once the property has been listed in the MLS, it is the responsibility of this position to communicate in a timely fashion and ultimately, coordinate the transaction till it closed. This will take place through various means email, text, phone calls.

Compensation:
Commission 5% the first 90 days on probationary period, 10% if hired on permanently. We do over 150k a month and growing so you can do the math.
Responsibilities:
Contact Real Estate Agents Nationwide
Educate Real Estate Agents on Off Market Sales Process and Novation Agreements
Communicate with team lead, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth
Develop strong business relationships with realtors for maximum results and revenue for the company
Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue
Qualifications:
Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
Experience in the real estate industry preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2+ Year’s sales experience preferred
Some type of Real Estate experience needed
Quick learner
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Adherence to established guidelines and procedures
Open, flowing communication
