We are a local property management company looking for a professional Leasing Specialist. You will have the opportunity to assist people in finding their perfect apartment home. You will focus primarily on showing apartment homes, answering phones, completing paperwork, as well as maintaining positive relationships with current residents and colleagues.
This position that would best fit someone with prior office, retail, restaurant, customer service experience.
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and transportation
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds
- Stand/walk/sit for long periods of time and climb stairs
- English Literacy with good writing mechanics and spelling
- Proficient computer skills in a Windows environment
- High School or equivalent
- Pre-employment credit, criminal and drug screening are required
Compensation:
$20-$22 hourly
