Looking for FULL TIME ONSITE RESIDENT MANAGER for 174 unit apartment building in Lacey WA.
Position & responsibilities:
●Be on site for property needs.
●Physically walk and inspect the property on a daily basis and check on vacant apartments.
●Attend to after-hours emergencies. Must be available as needed for after hours emergencies.
●Communicate with tenants and maintain a positive customer service attitude.
●Perform move out inspections with tenants moving out.
●Perform move in inspections with new tenants.
●Keep apartments rented by leasing and preleasing vacant units.
●Help oversee vendors working on the property.
●Collect and input rents.
Requirements
Must have at least 4 years’ experience as an onsite resident manager
