After 60 years doing vacation rental management we added a real estate sales and long-term residential property management. We need a managing broker who would want to help sell some of the homes we vacation rental manage around the state, when they come up for sale.
The job can be full-time OR part-time are your option. You must have an active managing Broker Real Estate License in Washington State, AND be capable of getting a managing broker designation, You do not need to be located in the state. Please do not apply if you DO NOT already possess this license.
You will acting as broker for the long-term property management, which will start small, but we have opportunities to get bigger so you can participate in that as much or as little as you like. You do not need to be an expert property manager, as much of the process is automated and staff can handle many clerical duties.

Most of the Prospera advertising and rentals will be web based, but we still need a broker to handle that role. We pay for your time for property management.
We are not primarily in the real estate sales area, but if you are, you can earn 100% on property sales. No desk or other fees to you, no overtime and we provide the office, assistance and all the tools you need.
Plus you can learn about and get involved with vacation rental management too if you like, but that is at your option.
You can work remotely of course, but we our staff and services and are located in a light filled art-loft building on Capitol Hill. You can use the office if you like, plus we have phones, answering, super faster internet, and other services. Plus you can learn a great deal about the very fast growing vacation rental industry.
