Service Operations Specialist – HVAC

At Evergreen Home Heating and Energy, you’ll be the specialist who keeps our service department running at a higher level. By owning reporting, warranty processes, and operational systems, you’ll directly influence technician success, customer satisfaction, and company performance.
What You’ll Do
- Own KPI dashboards for revenue, efficiency, memberships, callbacks, and labor hours.
- Streamline warranty & vendor processes to reduce delays and callbacks.
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and ensure follow-up.
- Deliver insights by preparing weekly/monthly reports for leadership.
- Improve workflows and help staff adopt new software tools.
- Document and refine processes that make the department more efficient.
