Tacoma Company looking for a F/T Admin Assistant/Receptionist
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support Administrative and Sales Departments
- Post AP Invoices
- Distribute daily mail
- Answering multi-line phone system
- Receiving cash from customers and managing cash till
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word
- Work effectively as a team with management and all company personnel
Qualifications
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or two years of experience
- Effective communication skills, including reading, writing, and oral communication
- Mathematical skills, can be conducted manually or with a calculator
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively organize
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Must pass drug screen and background check as required by Corporate Office
