Our local property management office is looking for someone with strong communication skills and a welcoming personality to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for our customers and is responsible for answering all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system in a fast-paced environment; therefore, this person must have prior experience answering multi-line phones and working in an office setting. Other duties include scheduling appointments, responding to incoming emails, and light administrative support. The right fit for this position will have strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, a good sense of humor, and a positive attitude. Web and social media marketing knowledge is a plus. Punctuality and dependability are a must!
We are looking for someone, willing to take initiative, is self-motivated, has a professional appearance, can switch tasks and prioritize their work, and is proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Upon hiring, you must be willing to undergo a background check.
