The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support of the company, ranging from answering phones to assisting the service departments within our office. This position is always evolving and taking on new tasks and responsibilities. This is a busy position and the successful candidate will be be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. A helpful, team oriented attitude is critical to the success in this roll.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answer incoming calls
Greet and assist customers
Maintain up to date files
Schedule appointments
Email correspondences
Filing
Computer Skills are a must
The ideal candidate must be reliable/punctual and professional. This is a full time job, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
Full Time in office position - this is NOT a remote position.
