Personal Assistant needed! Very part time to start with room to expand hours if desired.
Busy business owner and mom looking for a great local personal assistant in West Seattle.
I would love to find a detail-oriented personal assistant who loves organization, enjoys
hanging out with kids as well as generally helping out with whatever is needed.
Duties would include:
-Managing my inbox including drafting and sending emails
-Researching things like hotels, trip details etc
-Social media assistance and online research
-Keep spaces organized such as kitchen, closet, files, etc.
-Managing returns and other errands such as shopping, picking up dry cleaning, post office, etc.
-Help w/laundry
-Sorting mail, deliveries, etc.
-Help with grocery shopping, food prep, chopping etc
-Light cleaning when needed
-Occasional help out with the kids when needed
I have 2 kids and run multiple businesses, so I need help offloading some of the daily tasks around the house and in my businesses to keep my head above water! :)
Currently I am only looking for about 3-4 hours a week, but this could increase significantly in the future if you desire.
