Position Overview:
As the Executive and Personal Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations for both household and business matters. Working closely with the business owner, you'll handle administrative tasks, manage personal errands, coordinate household needs, and support property management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Personal Tasks:
Weekly:
Manage errands, returns, and grocery shopping
Procure and oversee household supplies
Dog walking
Occasionally:
Coordinate travel bookings and appointments
Oversee pet care, including vet visits for a cat and a dog
Spearhead home organization projects and maintenance
Assist in managing properties, including tenant needs and repairs
Provide occasional child pick-up/drop-off for a 12-year-old
Administrative Tasks:
Weekly:
Calendar management for meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists
Prepare and review reports, maintain filing systems
Manage office supplies and vendors
Handle mail and packages
Run Errands for Office
Handle email, phone, and in-person inquiries
Occasionally:
Support HR functions, including recruitment and expense management
Coordinate administrative systems for efficiency

Requirements:
Proven experience as an admin or personal/executive assistant
Proficiency in office management systems and software (Microsoft Office, G-suite)
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently and with a team
Reliable transportation and clean driving record
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Comfortable with pets and tween and construction projects
Must be able to lift 40lbs and walk up stairs while carrying 20lb items if needed
Logistics:
Part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time based on company growth
Compensation based on experience
Comfortable working at a home office in Ballard and off-site locations
Background check and driving record check are part of the interview process
W2 position
Must have own vehicle, compensation for use based on mileage
