We're seeking an on-site, tech-savvy Office Coordinator with customer support skills to keep our business running smoothly and our clients happy. This is a great full-time opportunity with benefits!
Who You Are:
- Local resident (greater Seattle area)
- 2+ years of experience with office and customer support
- Proficiency using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and web technologies such as Dropbox and Google
- Excellent computer skills, with ability to do basic troubleshooting
- Ability to learn new processes and technologies quickly
- Ability to research and find answers independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What You’ll Do:
- Customer support by phone and email
- Admin support for CEO
- Managing office facilities, vendors, equipment, and telecom systems
- Purchasing, receiving, and shipping
- Onboarding new employees and updating benefits portal
- Sending patient surveys and maintaining monthly support reports
- Coordinating on-site meetings and catering
