Office & Customer Service Administrative Support (Lynnwood, WA)

Dekorasyon Gifts & Decor is a wholesaler of Home Decor and Holiday merchandise to boutique stores and major retailers. We are a small, woman-owned company that seeks to fill the Office/Customer Service Administrative Support position to start immediately. This is a flexible, hourly position that is a full-time employment for the right individual who is comfortable in an office/warehouse environment.

Candidates for the position should have excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, strong verbal and written customer service skills that are critical with customer relations and with a solid proficiency with Microsoft Office. Quickbooks background a plus.

Daily responsibilities include the organization, management and processing of customer order fulfillment, perform customer relations calls regarding orders, assist the shipping department to ensure timely and accurate order processing, warehouse inventory management and assist with projects as we continue to expand and grow.

Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Assist with customer support and sales-related inquiries as needed.

- Update company website's inventory, new product adds, features & product content

- Prepares invoices, reports, letters and other documents as necessary

- Assist with Seasonal Trade Show travel preparation & tasks

- Take on additional projects as required to support business growth.

Qualifications:

- Solid Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Experience with QuickBooks preferred.

- Experience in a professional office environment

- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

- Top notch organizational, detail-orientation and follow through skills that enable efficient and effective multi-tasking.

- A proactive approach to improving processes and workflows.

- Prioritize and work independently or with minimal supervision.

Our schedules offer flexibility based on business needs. During certain months of the year, there may be opportunities to work fewer than 40 hours per week promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.

A house 20% discount is given off the wholesale amount of the merchandise.
