We are a real estate development company located in Snohomish, Washington. We build new construction residential homes as well as multifamily and mixed use. In addition to the new construction projects, we do rehab/remodels and we have our own portfolio of rental units (residential, commercial, storage, etc) that we manage in house.
We are a smaller company, but have been in business for decades. You do not need a real estate license, we own all of the rentals we manage.
We are looking for someone to join our team. Currently looking for administrative help for our Operations Manager.
This is a full-time position, in office (not a remote position, work from home is not an option). The hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm, with a lunch between the hours of 12:00- 12:30pm. Sick pay is earned at 1 hour for every 40 hours work and mileage is reimbursed at the IRS mileage rate. $50 cell phone credit monthly. No benefits offered at this time.
Valid driver’s license required, this will be checked and is non-negotiable.
Clean driving record, must be able to be insured.
Reliable vehicle required.
Clean criminal history, criminal background check will be done.
Quickbooks Desktop experience preferred.
Property Management experience preferred.
Knowledge of WA Landlord Tenant Law preferred.
Accounting experience preferred.
Customer Service skills required.
While work will be predominantly office/admin work, there is the occasional unit cleaning that may need to be done. We are a smaller company and sometimes we need to jump in when/where needed.
Starting pay range is $28.84 hourly - $38.46 hourly, this is 60k – 80k per year full time. This position is paid hourly not salary. Wage offered will depend on previous job experience and skills.
It would be preferred if we could start part time for the first couple weeks for training and then go full time, just so I can keep up on the current work load, however if the right candidate needs to start full time right away, we can definitely work that out.
