We are looking for a new Park Manager for an 84 home Park located in Silverdale, WA. All homes are owner-occupied. Housing Management experience (preferably Mobile Home Park Management) is required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and return messages
- Annual paperwork including Requests for information, rent increases, and Annual Home Evaluations
- Collect and Deposit Rents
- Experienced and proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, Etc.)
- Complete Rent Roll Monthly
- Handle Tenant complaints and concerns
- Understanding of RCW 59.20
- Regularly patrol park for issues and improvements
- Issue and follow up on notices in compliance with RCWs as needed
- Supervise Park Maintenance with maintenance personnel
- Complete new and maintain Tenant paperwork and files
- Submit mandatory reports on time
- Work on call as needed in emergencies
At least 30 hours per week.
