Manage daily incoming phone calls.
Manage and order common office supplies
Coordinating the day-to-day administrative and clerical support. Review of daily e-mail correspondence.
Collaborate with and assist the management department as needed.
Help with logistics, scheduling and event coordination with help of management.
Some advertising help.
Maintain a written schedule of billing
At least 2 years of experience in a professional office environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an open and approachable professional demeanor
Ability to work independently, take initiative, provide workable solutions toward positive improvements and lead positive change.
Detail-oriented and good organizational skills. The ability to work under stressful situations and timelines.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
