Small law firm in downtown Everett is seeking a full time administrative assistant to grow with us. Job duties include answering phones, scheduling and following up on new client consultations, mail processing, data entry into a CRM database, maintaining client files and relationships, and special projects. This position backs up the paralegal and is responsible for being in-office full time during the week. Special consideration given for those with a law office background or an interest in developing legal assistant skills and taking on legal projects.
