Looking for an experienced Admin for a short term(3 week) assignment to help a company in transition. The role will be hybrid(up to 3-4 days a week onsite)
Savvy, experienced administrative assistant
Able to handle heavy work load in a short period of time
Ability to work overtime as needed
Experience with Microsoft email-merge a big plus
Experience with Excel to track project
Experience with DocuSign bulk send a big plus
Experience with recruitment or hiring process a big plus
Working in HR, so need to b able to handle sensitive data and keep confidential
What you’ll be working on:
Sending 500+ offer letters to employees in transition
Tracking offer letter completion and any ancillary documents sent via DocuSign (NDA/Non-Compete Agreements, etc)
Any other administrative tasks needed to help during the transition period.
Must be a US Citizen and be able to pass a drug test
Role will start on 4/18
