High producing real estate team in search of an Executive Assistant
Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and looking for an exciting opportunity in the real estate industry? We are seeking a motivated Executive Assistant to support our growing real estate business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to be part of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including managing emails, calendars, and scheduling appointments
Assist with CRM management, data entry, and follow-ups with clients
Drive to property showings, inspections, and appointments as needed
Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
Prepare documents, contracts, and reports as required
Handle basic marketing tasks

Requirements:
Must be 18+ years old
Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Prior experience in real estate, administration, or a related field is a plus
Compensation:
Base salary + bonuses from each closed deal (to be discussed based on experience)
Mileage reimbursement for work-related driving
