This position is not remote and requires on-site presence.
Primary Responsibilities:
Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as necessary.
Perform accurate take-offs using Bluebeam and other software.
Compile material quantities, request and evaluate vendor quotes.
Prepare proposal and present estimates for reviews and submission.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of commercial landscaping experience.
Strong landscape and irrigation knowledge.
Excellent computer and organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
Requirements:
Construction estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
Commercial landscaping: 2 years (Required)
Hourly rate depends on experience $32.00 -$40.00 per hour. Complete benefits package includes Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Package, Retirement Plan with 3% Match, Vacation, Holiday and Sick Pay.
