Seeking a detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Office Assistant.
PLEASE NOTE before applying, that this is NOT a hybrid or remote position, it is a full time in office position.
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited too:
- Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule appointments and assist in coordinating project timelines.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks. Will train.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Maintain an organized office environment.
Requirements:
- Reliable
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, will train.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced construction environment.
