Come and become a member of our team, you will be:
Responsible for customer service in general, mainly walk-ins and telephone.
Perform a range of general clerical, bookkeeping and logistical support functions in the organization.
Prepare and submit customer invoices
Prepare deposits if needed
Collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
Research and solve payment discrepancies
Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc
Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
Assist in the coordination of deliveries and pick-ups of cargo
Prepare Bill of ladings and contact freight companies to schedule pick-ups as needed
Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is a must
Other administrative and support work as required by Manager and Accounts Payable.
