Manage daily administrative operations.
Assist with construction and maintenance department.
Write and review contracts.
Create bids.
Get project files ready to bid.
Communicate with managers and contractors.
Communicate with employees to meet project request & timelines.
Order materials.
Order office supplies.
Answer phone calls and email in a professional and timely manner.
Keep in compliance with insurance, and vendor management platforms.
Maintain filling system for maintenance and construction customers.
Other clerical duties assigned as needed.
Job Requirements:
Organizing and coordination skills.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Multitask
Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft, excel, and quick books.
Bilingual in Spanish
Hours: 8-3:00pm Monday-Friday
Paid semimonthly.
Paid Holidays
2-week paid vacation at the end of year.
