We are looking for a talented individual to become a part of our team for our daily AR / Book Keeping Functions. The selected individual will be IN charge of Completing administrative & accounting activities for our daily transportation & warehousing activities for various customers.
Including:
Providing general office administration support to ensure effective telephone, mail and email communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image
Managing a strategy for internal & external workload and meetings according to priority
Providing Accounting support to Clients in accordance with company policy, Client agreements and guidance of Management; includes but not limited to:
Accounts Payable: Bill entry/review, Vendor payments, Vendor Reconciliations
Accounts Receivable: Invoicing/Payment Receipt, Statements, Collections
Payroll: New hire set-up, Hours Audit/Data Entry/Payroll processing, Payroll tax management
Customer Relationship Management
Understand and Complete Financial Statements
Bank reconciliations
Budget development
Monthly Account Reviews
Additional Duties:
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office™ and QuickBooks™
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with multiple clients preferred
Experience with different payroll systems preferred
