Automotive Dealership Accounts Payable
Professional Automotive Dealership is seeking to fill a Full Time Monday thru Friday, Accounts Payable position.
Interaction with staff, customers and public is an integral part of this position. After initial guidance and training, employee performs recurring assignments without specific instruction and resolves day to day problems under available guidelines. This is an 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, full time job. Occasional shift change may be necessary. Professional Work Casual Attire. Dealership Experience a plus, however, we are willing to train the right candidate. We are looking to move quickly and hire someone right away.
The candidate must be qualified to:
Maintain Vendor Payable Account, including Purchase order verification
Purchase New Vehicles Upon Arrival at Dealership
Answer Incoming Phone Calls/Transfer Calls to correct Department
Prepare Monthly Advertising schedule and includes all copies of invoices for advertising manual.
Keep file system with current W-9 and correct Vendor selection in DMS for 1099 reporting.
Ordering of Dealership Supplies
Assist/Greet Customers-Cashier (coverage during breaks/lunches)
Assist Departmental Managers with Projects/Tasks when necessary
Assist Employees when necessary
