You’ll be: Preparing composite components for assembly Manufacturing composite components using layup and bladder molding practices Performing repairs on composite components Arranging molds and tooling for composite production Inspecting and testing composite components for defects Maintaining and troubleshooting composite assembly equipment Keeping accurate records of composite and assembly activities Developing and implementing processes and procedures for composite and assembly Preparing molds and diesThis job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have the ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, shop aids, and written instructions with limited supervision Can understand and adhere to all safety and quality policies1 to 3 years work-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Possess proficiency in using hand and power tools Have attention to detail and quality control skills Can work independently or as part of a team Have physical dexterity and the ability to work with complex parts Hold a high school diploma or GED certificateAre able to handle objects of up to 50 lbs.Are able to stand or walk for 8 to 12 or more hours per day (varies based on role, shift and overtime).Required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided by the customer.
