We are looking for a COMPOSITES TECHNICIAN!

Pay: $21.50/hr. - $29.00/hr. DOE

Shifts: 1st (6:30am-4pm), 2nd (9:30-7pm), Weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

>1 year experience in a technical field and/or construction, electrical, plumbing, facility maintenance

Builds composite parts using appropriate hand layup techniques and use chemicals, adhesives, and solvents as required

Ability to visually inspect for FOD prior to bagging parts for room temperature, oven, and autoclave

Ability to read precision measuring tools and instruments, and understand blueprints and drawings.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Education: High School diploma

Required Experience: Experience with basic hand and power tools

Preferred Experience: >1 year experience in a technical field and/or construction, electrical, plumbing, facility maintenance

Physical requirements of this position include moderate physical and repetitious work, standing for extended periods of time, the use of stairs and occasional heavy lifting

Must be a U.S. Citizen
