Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Part-Time Social Media Manager/Content Creator to join our small team for an original art and apparel business. Our well-established brand has a large online following and we specialize in pop culture, skull/skeleton and dark art designs. The ideal candidate should be passionate about these themes/aesthetic and have a strong understanding of online marketing strategies. This is a hybrid position with opportunity for remote work but it requires weekly visits to our studio in Tacoma. Hours are flexible for the right candidate.
Duties:
- Create engaging photo and video content using our merchandise and post regularly on social media platforms.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing ideas and partnerships to promote the products and increase brand awareness.
- Plan and schedule content to ensure consistent and high-quality posts.
- Edit and update the website with new products and information.
Experience:
- Previous experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong skills in marketing and promotion.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing tools.
- Ability to suggest creative and effective marketing strategies.
- Experience with website editing.
Wage:
$25-27 per hour depending on experience, with potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
