Small labor law firm, located 10 minutes north of downtown Seattle, is seeking a temporary administrative assistant for the following dates: April 23, 2025 – May 16, 2025.
Job Duties:
Document printing
Copying, scanning, and preparing exhibit binders (placing copied and/or printed docs in binders)
Drafting arbitration panel requests
Submitting arbitration panels requests (either via email or website portal)
Answering the occasional phone call
Providing any phone message to the appropriate attorney
Checking office emails
Providing daily updates on tasks undertaken
Assisting attorneys as needed
Good communication skills and attention to detail are necessary to be successful in this position. Must be a self-starter who enjoys working alone with minimal supervision.
Necessary technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, as well as a basic understanding and comfort with office technology.
This is a temporary position. No legal experience is necessary, but office or administrative experience is ideal.
Dates of Temporary Employment:
TRAINING: Wednesday, April 23, 2025 – Friday, April 25, 2025; noon to 2 pm
SOLO WORK: Monday, April 28, 2025 – Friday, May 16, 2025
Pay Rate:
$27 - $37 per hour DOE
