A small, thriving law firm in downtown Everett is looking for a full-time legal receptionist. Candidates must be energetic, friendly, dependable, and professional with a polite demeanor and positive attitude. As a firm, we emphasize collaboration and work-life balance.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Greeting clients and vendors
Answering multi-line phone
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Processing billing
Scheduling appointments
Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies for office
Running errands
Drafting of template-based letters and other word processing tasks
Maintaining the waiting area, conference room and other public areas
Serving water, coffee or tea to clients
Scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents
Establishing new case files
Education: A high school diploma is required.
Experience: Ideally, we are seeking someone with prior law firm or office experience. That said, we are open to on-the-job training if the candidate is a good fit for our team.
The position is full-time. Pay is negotiable based on experience. Vacation and health insurance (to include dental and vision) are available after 90 days.
