We are a small but busy law firm in Everett seeking a skilled and detail-oriented paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong legal writing skills, experience filing legal documents, managing appointments, and handling client intake. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Draft and edit legal documents, motions, forms, and correspondence
File legal documents with courts and government agencies
Manage attorney calendars, hearings, and client appointments
Conduct client intake and maintain case files
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Perform administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
Legal writing and organizational skills
Knowledge of legal procedures and court filings
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software
Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
