With over twenty-five years of being in business, we're an exceptionally fast-paced criminal defense law firm seeking a highly-motivated and enthusiastic criminal defense lawyer to cover hearings in King, Pierce, and Snohomish County when the attorney of record is not available to attend those hearings.
We are looking for coverage attorneys to stand in for our in house attorneys. This position has a wide range of hours (some weeks you may have zero hours and some weeks you may have 20). With this position you have the freedom to pick your own schedule.
This position would be ideal for a criminal defense attorney who is looking for a part time job or wants to pick up some extra work on the side.
Our cases are primarily out of King, Pierce, and Snohomish County, but it would be considered a plus if you are willing to cover hearings in other counties as well. At this time, most courts are still having Zoom and Virtual Hearings so we need Attorneys who can cover virtual hearings and or/ in person hearings. We would like to have Attorneys on hand who can cover in person hearings.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable conversing in Criminal Code and Penal Code. You must also excel at and enjoy working with a diverse clientele (white collar, blue collar, or no collar).
