Corporate Paralegal

Beacon Hill's client, a global law firm, is looking for a Corporate Paralegal with 2+ years of experience for a secondment that they are sourcing for their client's Corporate Securities legal team. This position is to provide backfill support on the team.The ideal candidate will have some experience assisting with public company corporate, securities, and governance matters, though direct experience is not required.
