Business/Corporate Paralegal

Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson PLLC seeks a self-starter and responsible Business/Corporate Paralegal to join and grow with its General Business & Corporate Practice Group. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in business paralegal work including formation of business entities (both profit and non-profit), annual meeting minutes, general corporate document work, IRS filings, UCC filings and related issues, as well as familiarity with business transactions relating to sales or purchases and transactional due diligence. In addition, the successful candidate has strong research skills, superior client service and interpersonal skills, proven organization skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong PC skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Our salaries are at market within the Puget Sound legal community with the annual base salary for this position ranging from $68,500 to $76,000 depending upon years of experience.
