Small solo practitioner seeks a paralegal for a Bankruptcy practice on the eastside.
Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a bankruptcy paralegal.
Responsibilities:
Gather client documents.
Prepare Petition and Schedules
Monitor ECF
Calendar Events
Prepare Chapter 13 Plan
Prepare and File Various Motions to Amend, to Sell, etc.
Prepare and File Responses to Motions to dismiss or relief from stay, etc.
Time management
Position Requirements:
Experience with time management systems.
Ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision.
Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Clio and NextChapter Bankruptcy Software knowledge.
