Peak Living Maintenance is hiring for a Maintenance/Handyperson to join our team! We own/manage apartment and multi-family communities in the Greater Seattle Area.
NEEDED ASAP: Technician with basic electrical skills including experience with installations and repairs of electrical outlets, lighting, switches, cord-and-plug appliances, and performing maintenance and repairs of common wiring issues.
In addition to having basic Electrical skills, potential candidates must have some experience in the following duties:
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Drywall
- Some plumbing/some electrical
- Pressure washing
- Flooring
- Tiling
- Carpets
- Appliance Repair (Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Stove, etc)
Maintenance Technicians at Peak Living Maintenance are responsible for performing all inside and outside repair, maintenance work and general upkeep for designated buildings in the greater Seattle area. We provide opportunities to grow and learn and work with a close team that strives hard to do the job right, the first time.
Skills & Qualifications:
Knowledge of painting materials٫ including selecting٫ mixing and applying them safely
Attention to detail and quality of work

Ability to safely use equipment and wear required, necessary PPO and
