Description:
This position is responsible for supporting our Patient Account Representatives in resolving outstanding patient accounts. The ideal candidate will enjoy a challenging, diverse, and rewarding work environment.
Employment Type: Full-Time Shift (would consider Part-Time). Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Responsibilities include:
Processing payer correspondence
Entering/reviewing patient demographics
Collect payments over the phone from patients for processing
Researching and resolving outstanding accounts
Process and manage patient claims
Prerequisites:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience working in an office environment is a plus but not required
Qualifications:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
