How we support our Physical Therapists Assistants:
We want you to love what you do, meaning we work with you to craft your ideal schedule and patient case load.
Our therapists have an average of 10-12 patients per day.
You will work closely with a highly collaborative team to deliver specialty care in one-hour appointment settings.
We encourage continued growth through paid continuing education, clinical mentorship and in-service training.
We offer company-paid certifications for blood flow restriction, the Neufit NEUBIE electrical stimulation system, and red light therapy.
You will have access to top of the line, cutting edge equipment, including the Neufit NEUBIE, Delfi blood flow restriction units, Bioflex Redlight Laser and more!

Physical Therapist Assistants Qualifications:
We are excited to work with Physical Therapists Assistants at all levels of their career, including new and upcoming graduates, PTAs with a few years of experience, and seasoned clinicians.
Must have a current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Washington State or be eligible for licensure.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Compensation & Benefits:
We are looking for both full Physical Therapists Assistant at this time.
Base hourly range for full-time PTAs is $25 - $32, depending on experience and hours worked.
Company-paid continuing education and certifications.
Paid health insurance stipend.
Vacation: PTO starts at 2-weeks and increases to 4-weeks/year at the first year mark.
Paid Sick Leave: You will also receive WA State sick leave benefits.
