Founded by a mother/daughter team, we empower therapists to build their own practice. Our goal is to create more access to quality mental healthcare by helping new counselors learn the ins and outs of the industry. We provide you clinical supervision along the way and handle the backend administrative pieces like billing and insurance.
Our 1099 contract model allows for flexible work hours, in-person, hybrid, or remote sessions, and the ability to bill insurance rather than private pay. You will set your own schedule and decide which days you want to work and which clients you’d like to work with.
Services include:
Access to regional insurance payers. Providers get immediate in-network access with most insurance companies and can take on clients looking to use their insurance to pay for therapy.
Claims submission and collection by our insurance and billing specialists. Our dedicated team submits claims quickly and collects payment from your clients.
True control of your practice. All clinical and business decision-making stays in your hands so that your practice works for you. You decide your schedule, which clients you see, and whether you see clients via telehealth or in-office.
Hands-on personalized supervision. Our Supervisors meet weekly with each associate, offering personalized support. You will always have access to clinical supervision and industry mentorship.
Referrals We receive countless inquiries from prospective clients each week. Referrals are always free, and you have the option to accept or decline any clients and seek out your own referral base as well.

Pay: revenue split 60/40 per billable hour (approximates to an average of $50/billable hr)
