We are looking for a highly motivated Associate level - Mental Health therapist (PT or FT) to join our private practice. This is an in-office position.
Sound Family Therapy is a group mental health practice located in Gig Harbor, WA. We are dedicated to providing mental health services that brings forth positive change in our community and improve ones quality of life.
What We Are Looking For:
▪ Candidates must be independent, motivated and collaborative.
▪ Able to provide ethical and compassionate mental health therapy.
▪ Able to complete daily documentation and notate progress of sessions.
▪ Participate in weekly supervision with our onsite WA Approved Licensed Supervisor.
▪ Maintain a caseload of 10 clients minimum per week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ Master’s Degree required in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related social services field
▪ Active Washington State Associate License as required by the Department of Health in your designated field and good standing
▪ Computer literacy
▪ Commitment to self-motivation and self-improvement
▪ Strong organization skills and the ability to maintain a schedule that meets the needs of clients
Bonus Qualifications:
▪ Experience providing clinical services in multiple areas and populations.
▪ Experience in various therapeutic orientations.
▪ Other language fluency.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour to start
