Job description BENEFITS: NO WEEKENDS EVER, PTO/VACATION PAY, HEALTH INSURANCE, DENTAL BENEFITS FOR EMPLOYEE, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, PRIVATELY OWNED OFFICE (non-DSO), FAMILY ENVIRONMENT, NO CUT HOURS/STABLE SCHEDULE
As a dentist, I often wonder if I could imagine being a dental assistant? Just because I could perform an RCT with ease, does not mean that I am capable of recognizing the role of the versatile and valuable team member that is my RDA? And RDA that has recently been unfairly belittled as a ‘spit collector,’ by a famous influencer. Let me be one of the first dentists you’ve known that stands up against that statement. I welcome you! I welcome you as a co-worker, supporting and assisting the needs of our patients. I am well aware of that fact that RDA’s are in high demand. I’ve done extensive research on this subject and understand that by far the number one reason for this is a lack of appreciation and recognition in the dental office.
If you are a certified dental assistant with at least one year of experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for oral health care, then you might be the perfect fit for our team. We offer competitive compensation, flexible hours, and a friendly and supportive work environment. If you are interested in joining us, please send your resume and cover letter to [email protected].
