We are a private general dentist practice in Smokey Point/Arlington looking for a full time dental assistant 4 days/week Monday through Thursday.
Must have a strong work ethic, able to multi-task, and team oriented.
We are a paperless, all digital office. Knowledge in Open Dental is preferred but not required.
1+ year experience required.
Daily Job Description:
- Take x-rays
- Sterilize Instruments
- Disinfect and set up operatory room
- Update medical history and records
- Chairside assist with all procedures (coronal polishing, filling, crown/bridge, root canal, extraction, implant, denture etc)
- Communicate patient needs and treatment
- Oral hygiene and post op instructions
- Manage supply and inventory
- Maintain office cleanliness
