Responsibilities:
Execute personalized care plans
Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
Administer medications as prescribed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with light housekeeping tasks
Accompany clients to appointments or outings
Monitor changes in the client's condition and maintain a safe environment
Enhance clients' quality of life through compassionate care
Requirements:
CNA or HCA License
CPR/First Aid Certification
Dementia Certificate
Negative TB Test Results
Nurse Delegation Certificate (Preferred)
Knowledge of Medication Administration Procedures
Maintain a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Pass Criminal Background Check
Access to a Smartphone for care coordination
Effective oral and written communication
Strong organizational and critical thinking
