Chiropractic Office Manager (Tacoma)
We are a well-established chiropractic and massage clinic seeking someone looking for a long-term relationship with our practice. The position is 35 to 40 hours per week and will include the 'front office' responsibilities, as well as, the role of billing/ insurance and office manager.
Initial responsibilities will include all 'front office duties' (but not limited to):
Greeting patients
Scheduling appointments
Accurate data entry
Answering multi-line phone
Collecting co-pays and patient balances
Maintaining the office environment
Insurance verification and pre-authorizations
Help educate patients with their understanding of insurance and the benefits of care

Accurate and pleasant verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize your day, and be quick on your feet
Be motivated to work hard in a friendly, professional environment with a supportive close-knit team
Experienced in electronic billing, CPT coding with ICD-10 codes, insurance verifications and claim follow up.
Be familiar with HIPAA regulations and medical information sharing practices.
Experience with Chiro8000 and Office Ally software is helpful but not required.
Confident in your knowledge of various subjects of chiropractic, business, medical, health/wellness
