Purple Café and Wine Bar Bellevue is seeking experienced Prep Cooks for mornings and weekend shifts. We are a busy, from scratch kitchen that prides itself on excellent technique and high quality products. Pay begins at $16/hr DOE.
We are looking for people who have great attitudes, attention to detail, are comfortable in a high volume setting and who want to learn and continue to grow. Must be able to read recipes and follow instructions. Previous restaurant experience and an understanding of basic knife skills, common sauces and stocks, and emulsification are a plus.
